Peach Crisp

Serves 8-10 people

For Filling:
8 cups fresh sliced peaches
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup raw sugar
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
Topping:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Dash of fresh grated nutmeg
3/4 cup chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all of the filling ingredients in a large bowl and gently mix.
For topping soften butter, mix all ingredients together to mixed well
Put filling in 8×8 baking pan and add topping

Bake in Oven for 35 minutes at 350 degrees
