Our catering manager received a call from Julie, an event coordinator at Columbia University that had never used our services before.  She had heard from contacts at the Law School and Business school about our boxed meal products.  Julie was in need of meals for 850 students in seminars during lunch with no time or space to implement a buffet.  Her venues were spread throughout different buildings on the campus and on multiple floors with lectures taking place simultaneously. 
 
We were able to design a menu  for her that would offer the students a convenient way to have lunch in the classrooms with ease of use  and without sacrificing taste and choice.  Our drivers and delivery people are fast, efficient and courteous and were able to set up her lunches on time and in a seamless fashion. 
 
The lunches were a success on a variety of levels: The students were able to enjoy a healthy, hearty delicious meal without missing any part of their class.  The professor was not disrupted by students having to go in and out of the lecture room to get their meals. And Julie was able to run the event stress free, knowing that her students needs were well taken care of.
